My Journey
I was born and raised in Greece and have been living in New York for the past eight years. My academic journey began in Athens, where I earned a degree in Early Childhood Education as a Nursery Teacher. This experience deepened my understanding of the critical early years of childhood and how they shape our development. Courses in areas such as human development, cognitive processes, and behavioral studies expanded my perspective, sparking my curiosity about the complexities of the mind and the factors that influence personal growth.

Through my internship and later as a teacher, I had the opportunity to work with children of various ages and interact daily with parents from diverse social and cultural backgrounds. This became a turning point in my career, as I realized my true desire was to understand people on a deeper level—looking beyond the surface to explore what shapes their thoughts and emotions.

After moving to New York, I earned a degree in Clinical Psychology with a focus on Women and Gender Studies from Hunter College, while also completing Life Coach training at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. This journey of learning enriched my passion for understanding the human mind and supporting personal growth. I continue to expand my knowledge through educational programs, seminars, and lectures, embracing lifelong learning as a way to evolve both personally and professionally. My goal is to keep growing so I can support others in the most meaningful and effective way.

Philosophy
At Kalimera Wellness, the individual is seen as an inseparable whole, where mind, body, and soul function as interconnected vessels, each influencing the other in a continuous flow. Their balance is essential for personal growth, inner harmony, and overall well-being. The focus is on nurturing every aspect of oneself—not just by addressing challenges and symptoms, but by viewing them as guides that lead to a deeper understanding of their root causes. By fostering this connection, a strong foundation is created for healing, self-discovery, and lasting wellness.
Approach
The therapeutic approach is based on an integrated model, which combines various therapeutic methods and techniques. This flexibility allows therapy to be tailored to the unique needs of each individual, providing personalized and meaningful support. Through this approach, each person is accompanied on their journey toward self-awareness and inner harmony, within a safe space that fosters the discovery and development of their authentic self.


Inner Work
Incorporating inner work into our lives marks the moment we choose to look beyond the mirror and uncover what lies behind it. On this journey, our greatest allies are time and space. Time acts as a bridge, allowing us to move between the present, past, and future, giving us the opportunity to let go and trust the process. Space, on the other hand, provides a secure container where what needs time to process can settle, rest, and gradually move toward understanding.
